BUILDING RESILIENCE

Purpose

Why take this course?
Wandering Management. Repeated changes in your organization or system. Reluctant transfer or department change. Non-creative work. Unreasonable boss. Subordinates whom you don’t understand. Colleagues who push their subjective opinion on you. We are surrounded by elements that seriously damage our performance. In this kind of environment, individuals need to be resilient to stress.

Stress cannot be avoided, and tends to be regarded as a negative thing. However, if we can overcome stress and utilize it well, we can recover from our unproductive mode and even take a step forward in our personal growth.

"Resilience" means the power to bounce back and recover in a difficult environment in our work and private life by changing negative power to positive power.

BR: BUILDING RESILIENCE is designed to help you learn methods to raise resilience by knowing your strengths, weaknesses, and primary stress factors so you can bounce back under adverse circumstances.
