Purpose
It is natural that newly assigned MRs feel certain expectations, concerns and fears when they promote MR activities. As MRs get used to their work, MR activities tend to be geared toward what they personally prefer. However, if this goes too far, you may be facing these issues:
- MRs tend to approach only their favorite doctors
- MRs are well accepted and receive orders from certain doctors, but no orders from other doctors
- MRs don't know how to meet doctors expectations.
MR-PGM: MR PARTNERSHIPS GROWING MASTERS is designed to help MRs negotiate with people based on Personal Style Theory as a tool to solve problems they face. In doing so, they can overcome their fears and preferences and become more effective representatives
Expected Results
MRs will be able to:
- Approach various types of doctors with confidence
- Respond effectively with doctors' work styles
- Promote MR activities effectively to meet doctors' expectations.

- Participants: MRs with more than 3 years experience. MR managers.
