SALES COACHING MASTERS

Purpose

SCM: SALES COACHING MASTERS is designed to help sales managers who need to create a strong sales team to compete in today’s rougher market environment. In SCM, managers will gain coaching skills to lead and nurture subordinates through understanding individual strengths that improve team performance.

Expected Results

You will be able to:

  • Understand the implementing method of Coaching and recognize implementing opportunities
  • Advise and grow up individual subordinates concretely and accurately
  • Suggest the next move for subordinates by understanding how they are communicating with customers
  • Give the best guidance before, during, and after accompanying subordinates on observed sales visits
  • Create an atmosphere to share information in meetings so that subordinates can give advice to each other and operate revitalized sales meetings themselves.
